For festivals, corporate events, weddings and concerts we regularly need extra hands — as freelancers in our pool, not as permanent staff. You enter your availability, we reach out for matching jobs, you accept or decline. Straightforward and fair.
Who we're looking for
Audio / FOH
Rig PA, line check, monitors or FOH — if you know what a DI box is, you're in the right place.
Lighting & video
Moving heads, LED, DMX programming or solid stage lighting for the night.
Drivers & logistics
Load gear, drive to venue, set up and strike. Class B licence; C1 a plus.
All-round technicians
You pitch in, know the basics and stay calm when things get busy on stage.
How it works

- 3Once accepted: use the portal to set availability and confirm or decline gigs.
- 4When you accept: venue, times and role — all in the portal.
