Renting event technology as Dry Hire costs roughly 40 to 300 € per day depending on the discipline: sound equipment runs at around 60-300 €, lighting at 40-250 €, DJ equipment at 80-200 € and effects from 20 € per day. A complete setup for a celebration starts at around 150-250 € per day; weddings and corporate events often range from 300-900 € per day.
How much does event technology cost per day?
The daily rate depends on the discipline - sound, lighting, DJ technology and effects are calculated differently. The following guide values apply to the daily rental as Dry Hire (pure equipment rental without staff) in the Münsterland region and in NRW and serve as orientation:

What does the rental price depend on?
The final price results from the scope and a few recurring factors. Whoever handles setup and teardown themselves and stays flexible on dates rents the most cheaply.

You save the most by renting as Dry Hire and setting up yourself - the systems come plug-and-play ready. Enquiring early secures availability and choice, and a coordinated package is almost always cheaper than equipment pieced together individually. For recurring corporate events, an event subscription is often cheaper than individual rentals.

Are there discounts for multiple rental days?
Yes. From around two to three days the daily rate usually drops noticeably, since setup and teardown occur only once. For longer projects we calculate individually.
Is delivery included in the rental price?
Not with Dry Hire - that is the pure equipment rental for self-collection. Delivery and collection in the Münsterland region and in NRW are available for a surcharge, as are setup and instruction.
Is a deposit required?
For larger or high-value rentals a deposit may apply. We show this transparently in the quote - it is often waived for regular customers and smaller rentals.
